Founder, Amy Slinker, saw a need for WILCO LIFE while serving in the Army National Guard. As a servicewoman who was on an endless pursuit finding bags and accessories that will comply – or WILCO - with military regulations. She started compiling findings and posted via blog throughout the years, as many friends would tell her they could not find plain black bags to carry in uniform either.
